Bobbi’s House (2011-13)
CBI serves as the contract Executive Director for this nonprofit hospital hospitality house in Douglas, Wyoming. CBI’s services include administrative tasks, bookkeeping, fundraising, volunteer coordination, planning, board training and performance evaluation.
Wyoming Association of Municipalities Brochures and Webinars (2010-13)
CBI has drafted a series of brochures that are used by local municipalities to learn more about how Wyoming Towns and Cities function. Those brochures include:

Wyoming Association of Municipalities Training Presentations (2010-13)
CBI regularly makes presentations on a variety of topics at WAM Convention and WAM Winter Workshop. Recent topics include:
Town of Sundance Zoning Ordinance (2012)
CBI reviewed existing ordinances and then drafted a comprehensive zoning ordinance for the Town of Sundance. The Town has adopted that ordinance, which was necessary to accommodate recent growth.
Chugwater Development Ordinance Review and Revision (2011-12)
CBI assisted the Town of Chugwater in creating development plans and processes to accommodate the community’s anticipated energy development (wind, power transmission, oil & gas development, etc.). CBI reviewed existing community development plans, assessments, municipal ordinances and drafted new ordinances, processes and procedures for the Town's implementation. Chugwater continues to review these draft ordinances, which includes new zoning, development, building and construction, annexation, and subdivision codes.
