FEASIBILITY STUDIES, BUSINESS PLANS & NEEDS ASSESSMENTS

Town of Wright/Feasibility Study for Southern Campbell County Agriculture Complex & Business Plan (2012-13)
CBI reviewed the Town of Wright’s existing facility that is operated by the Wright Riding and Roping Club, and determined that it would be feasible to move that facility to a new site in Wright (allowing the current site to be used for residential development).  Additionally, CBI conducted a feasibility study and developed a business plan for creating new indoor and outdoor arenas, which are needed to meet local demand and which could generate revenue to support the new facility.

Citizens for a Civic Auditorium (Casper) Feasibility Study and Business Plan (2012)
CBI worked with local architects Amundsen Architects and civic auditorium experts from Auerbach Pollock Friedlander to update and revise a business and operating plan for development of a Civic Auditorium in Casper.

Glenrock Lincoln Building Marketing Plan (2012)
CBI evaluated the possibility of renovating an historic downtown building (the Lincoln Building, formerly known as the Bronco Building), to accommodate a mix of residential, commercial, and museum uses.  The plan is now being used to secure funding necessary for the renovations that will rejuvenate this important part of Glenrock’s history.

Sheridan County Poverty Needs Assessment (2011-2012)
CBI conducted a needs assessment for low-income families and individuals in Sheridan County, following the protocols established by the Wyoming Community Service Block Grant program.  The resulting Needs Assessment was then used by the Sheridan County Tri-Partite Board to establish funding priorities for local social services.

Converse County Poverty Needs Assessment (2011)

CBI conducted a needs assessment for low-income families and individuals in Converse County, following the protocols established by the Wyoming Community Service Block Grant program.  The resulting Needs Assessment was then used by the Converse County Tri-Partite Board to establish funding priorities for local social services.

Douglas Early Learning Business Plan (2009-10)

CBI updated the 2006 Feasibility Study for implementing a 24-hour Day Care facility, finding that the large numbers of children in families where parents worked substantial shift work would likely warrant development of such a facility, particularly if associated with a training program at Eastern Wyoming College/Douglas.
