  • Richards Street River Bridge construction; acquisition of State Loan and Investment Grant funds for $3 million major bridge construction project; North Platte River Recreation Area Transportation Enhancement Act Local (TEAL) Federal grant funding; development of 5 mile walking path system; installation of fish habitat, picnic areas

  • Development of Human Resource Policy and Procedure Manual; wage and salary structure, job evaluation and performance evaluation system (City of Douglas)
  • Management of private company licensed by Wyoming Department of Health to provide Medicaid and Medicaid Waiver services (Helpers and Doers, Inc.)
  • Management of largest economic development agency in Wyoming, growing it from a volunteer organization to a $500,000/year professional operation (CANDO)

 

Organizational Services Experience:

  • Facilitation of staff and city council retreats for a number of Wyoming communities, including Glendo, Green River, Riverton, Douglas
  • Facilitation of staff, volunteers and board of nonprofit organizations, including 4-H, Hearts & Horses, and multiple community development organizations
  • Development of handbooks for municipal government use on Form of Government, Ethics and Conflict of Interest.
  • Development of nonprofit policies regarding fiscal management, board governance, and conflicts of interest

 

Feasibility Study/Needs Assessments:

  • Douglas Extended Hours Child Care Needs Assessment, including development of effective public engagement process for day care industry
  • Managed feasibility study of Coal Gasification in Converse County
  • Multiple Community Assessments throughout Wyoming, including Douglas, Lovell, Ranchester, Newcastle, Moorcroft, Sundance, American Falls (Idaho), and Converse County
  • Managed funding for feasibility study for Lusk Community Center/Rec Center
